Your satisfaction is important to us – you have 14 days Time to return your order after receiving the goods.

• Article unworn, undamaged and in the Original packaging
• Labels unharmed
• Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or invoice)

Here's how to proceed

1. Write to info@knakoriginals.com with the subject "Return" and name Order number, name and reason for return.
2. You will receive from us the Return address as well as specific instructions.
3. Then send the return or exchange back to us.

Important

• We do not cover return shipping costs.
• After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a Confirmation email.
• If the return is approved, the Refund via the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
